This Girl

This girl is fifteen years old.
Next year at this time, she'll be driving my car.
She is generally a willing participant when I want to take photos.
She loves music and drawing. She still eats Spaghetti-O's with hot dogs.

She's always up for a road trip or a walk through a cemetery with me.
She is the heart of my heart.

What a beautiful post about your daughter! It almost made me well up actually...thinking of how fast mine is growing up, and she is only two! Nice job on these photos.

Nice tribute to your Em. I love the clouds in that last shot! I have a 15yo who is about to take over my car too.

Teaching teens to drive is actually kind of fun! Think of it as one time, however brief, you have their rapt attention! Nice photo journaling of the impending Big Event.

Aww--I hope my girl grows up just like your girl! Except that driving part. I'll never allow that. ;-)

Hi Em!

SO good to see this girl again. Her hair looks a little longer, her smile just as private and pensive. I'm so lad she likes to be with you.
