8 Great Tuesdays

By reading my posts lately, one might conclude that all we do in Erie in the summer months is listen to music outside! And it's almost true; Erieites know that for 6 months of the year we'll be snowbound, so we need to enjoy the warm weather while we have it.

As mentioned in a previous post, the mandatory uniform does include loud Hawaiian shirts.
So on Tuesday, we headed down to the first offering of the 8 Great Tuesdays series: Little Brian and the Zydeco Travelers.
The event is held at Liberty Park Ampitheater on the bayfront and they have some activities for kids. On Tuesday, we found ourselves in a loooooooong line for a free balloon animal. But it's cool, man.
The band was spectacular...tons of energy.

Sadly, the weather wasn't particularly cooperative and eventually we couldn't take the cold drizzle anymore. But it sure was fun while it lasted!

Looks like a lot of fun! You got some great shots! My favorite instrument is the vest corrugated one! :)

How fun! YOu and Celine both show the most fun things in your cities. My burg is so small that the big excitement is when they move the traffic cones on the main drag.
