Fire

Here at the Smith household, anything worth doing is worth overdoing. That's how you end up with a raging inferno in a tiny little WalMart patio firebowl.

I was just playing around with some of these shots, testing focus and shutter speed in low light. As usual, results may vary.

(I call this one "Mama's little pyromaniac.")

I also took a couple of shots of my kitchsy dragonfly patio lights.

This year, I'm on the lookout for some pink flamingos.

I love your patio lights!! I've always wanted to hang some of those multi-colored, large bulb strings on my patio and turn my backyard into Tijuana. Maybe someday. LOL!

The fire shots are cool. I especially like the later ones where the fire is more golden than red. Beautiful!

Come to my house...the flamingos are bountiful!

And just as I clicked to leave you a comment here, I glimpsed the title for your last post...you're such a tart!

Oh man, how I'd have loved to be there. I just might have to buy a fire bowl of my own--for the photos, of course. :D Is that a spirit I see dancing in the flames?
